Rosewood London hotel opens

The Rosewood London hotel has opened its doors in Holborn, in the heart of the capital. The property, which features 262 guest rooms and 44 suites, is located in a newly renovated historic building dating back to 1914.

The Grade II-listed building, whose design features include a white marble staircase and a 50-metre cupola, has been renovated by hospitality industry design firm Tony Chi & Associates.

Amenities at the hotel comprise a branch of in-house Rosewood Hotels and Resorts spa brand Sense Spa, opening later this month, and a fitness centre offering personal training services.

Facilities at the six-treatment-room spa, whose décor is inspired by Asian design, will include dry heat saunas, an amethyst crystal steam room, a teak and gold relaxation room and the Duet Suite couples’ treatment room. The Duet Suite will boast private changing rooms facilities, complete with a steam room.

Food and Beverage outlets at the hotel will include the lobby lounge, the hotel bar, the Mirror Room salon, the Holborn Dining Room and the Holborn Delicatessen.
