World Spa & Wellness Awards & Professional Beauty Awards deadline extended

The deadline for applications for the 2014 World Spa & Wellness Awards and the Professional Beauty Awards has been extended to Monday September 16, giving spas and salons an additional two weeks in which to submit their entries.
The World Spa & Wellness Awards, to be held in London on Sunday February 23, 2014, honour the leading hotel and destination spas in Eastern Europe, Western Europe & Scandinavia, Asia & Australasia, the Middle East & Africa and North & South America.
Previous winners include Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman, Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa Resort in Thailand, Spa Montage Laguna Beach in the US, Lanserhof Lans in Austria and the One & Only Spa Cape Town in South Africa.
The Professional Beauty Awards, also held on February 23, award excellence among spas and salons in the UK and Ireland, with categories including Beauty Salon of the Year, Nail Salon of the Year, Day Spa of the Year, Residential Spa of the Year, Therapist of the Year and Employer of the Year.
