Aman resorts launches Aman Wellness concept

The Aman Resorts group has expanded its wellness offering with the introduction of the Aman Wellness concept.

Aman Wellness, which is being rolled out across all the group’s properties, incorporates group retreat experiences and individual wellness immersions focusing on health, fitness and wellbeing.

The individual wellness experiences, the first of which will launch at the Amanpuri in Phuket, Thailand and the Amanbagh in Rajastan, India on August 1, offers personalised wellness retreats.

Varying in length, from three-to-fourteen night options at Amanpuri and four to 21-night options at Amanbagh, the individual wellness experiences incorporate daily spa treatments, an exercise element, expert health advice and healthy nutrition, or a cleanse.

Amanpuri offers four individual immersion options: Fitness, Weight Loss, Awareness and Cleanse, while there are three different Ayurveda retreats available at Amanbagh.

The group retreats, which aim to deliver a “comprehensive mental, spiritual and physical overhaul with long-lasting results,” range from three to 10 days in length.

Among the group retreats offered are the Spiritual Immersion at Amankora in Bhutan, Mindful Living at Amandari in Bali, Alignment and Awareness at Amanemu in Japan and Living in Harmony at Amanoi in Vietnam.

Aman chairman Vladislav Doronin said: “Aman Wellness is designed to achieve a deep level of transformation from the outside in and is inspired and enhanced by the natural and peaceful settings of our resorts.

“Aman Wellness is about change and seeks to empower guests with the guidance and confidence needed to adopt an all-encompassing holistic lifestyle.”
