Bedford Lodge hotel appoints new spa manager
Newmarket hotel Bedford Lodge has appointed Rebecca Randall its new spa manager, the property has announced.
Randall’s new role at the four-star Suffolk hotel will see her oversee a team of 12 therapists at the 10 treatment-room spa.
Randall, who was previously assistant manager at the spa, has 18 years’ spa and beauty industry experience.
One of Randall’s first objectives in her new role will be to expand the spa team. Other plans include the introduction of rewards schemes for the spa. Plans for this year also include introducing an aesthetic side to the business, a move scheduled to take place later in the year.
Randall, who joined Bedford Lodge as assistant manager last year, after five years of running her own salon, has previously also worked for skincare brand Dermalogica.
Commenting on her appointment, Randall said: “I am delighted to be taking over as spa manager and lead such a supportive and dedicated team.
“We have a beautiful spa which prides itself on offering guests a five-star spa experience and I am looking forward to introducing new health and beauty experiences that will bring an even greater experience.”
The Spa at Bedford Lodge opened in 2013.
