Along with Spa Therapist of the Year, there were nine other categories honoured at the gala dinner, which was held at Macdonald’s Burlington Hotel in Birmingham. Brett McCarten from the Macdonald Old England Hotel & Spa Windermere picked up the title of Fitness Instructor of the Year.

The group’s deputy chief executive Ruaridh Macdonald said, “We’re incredibly proud of everyone across the company at every level and would like to congratulate all the winners.”
