Delta airlines and Equinox create jet lag-busting workout “Sweatlag” for travellers

Delta airlines and Equinox Fitness Clubs have collaborated on a fitness service which offers passengers workouts designed to keep them from feeling the effects of jet lag.
Known as Sweatlag, customers will receive access to limited-time jet lag-suppressing fitness classes with their boarding passes, which both companies hope will increase customer comfort by reducing stiffness in muscles while also extending brand engagement.
The classes will be available in LA, where Delta's new new Airbus A350 flys from, between July 10 and August 2 in Equinox locations in Marina del Rey, West Hollwood and Westwood, to anyone who has taken a trip with Delta. Travellers only need to sign up for the classes at Sweatlag and provide a boarding pass for their recent trip.
If travellers can’t make the classes, they will receive full access to the workout online which they can do in their hotel room.
Delta took part in this collaboration to help raise awareness of its new aircraft which the company says helps to fight jet lag by including “panoramic windows, ambient lighting and better cabin pressurisation [to] help muscle stiffness in the air”.
