Funding Your Future event launches to link beauty businesses with investors

A new one-day conference and networking event focused on securing funding is being launched alongside the Professional Beauty London show at ExCel London on October 11–12
Whether you’re new to the beauty and spa profession and looking for funds or are running a seasoned business and considering your exit plan, Fund Your Future will help professionals learn from inspirational entrepreneurs – those who've have been through it and come out the other side.
The conference is open those running or looking to start a salon or brand owners needing capital to fund expansion.
The day will begin with a keynote from best-selling author David B Horne, guiding entrepreneurs who want to upscale their businesses faster than they could through organic growth.
This will be followed by a full day of seminars and networking with successful entrpeneuers on-hand to guide delegates on what financiers expect and how to pitch your skills to them.
Other speakers include Anna Teal, chief executive of Aromatherapy Associates and The Refinery, who also leads the mergers and acquisitions team at Walgreens Boots Alliance; and Kevin Harrington, partner at Succession Plus, which provides strategic advice on succession and exit planning for SME owners.
Ultimately, the event will put delegates in touch with leading financiers and those with access to capital.
