ANY INTERESTING HOBBYS?
Interesting, I'm not so sure. I love doing all sorts of sporting activities, be it trekking, running, paddle boarding, tennis, squash, Pilates, etc. I also love trying to cook all sorts of heathy dishes, such as cauliflower-based pizza, quinoa burgers, quinoa bread, raw desserts, etc.

WHAT’S BEEN THE MOST EXCITING MOMENT OF YOUR CAREER?
I'm still pretty early on in my career. However, one of the highlights was when Rocco Forte Hotels got awarded £250k of funding from the UK Commission of Employment & Skills for an idea that I had to develop a career progression and up-skilling app called Map My Future, which is now live in two of our hotels.

WHO, LIVING OR DEAD, WOULD YOU LIKE TO MEET?
I think Nelson Mandela would have been a truly inspirational person to meet.

ONE INTERESTING FACT ABOUT YOU
Up until the age of 16 when I realised it was an unrealistic dream, I wanted to become a premier league football manager.
