Happy Birthday Clarins Eau Dynamisante

We all know that giving a little really does go a long way, so it was great that the Professional Beauty team was invited to celebrate Clarins 2012 UK Dynamisante Woman of the Year, which recognises a British woman who has dedicated her time, energy and courage to help improving the lives of children from around the world.

We went along to the lavish affair at Claridges on June 27 to show our support for this prestigious award and also celebrate the 25th anniversary of its perfume Eau Dynamisante.
The Dynamisante Woman of the Year was founded in France in 1997 and is named after Clarins’s best selling fragrance Eau Dynamisante. Every year Clarins recognises the exceptional commitment one woman gives to helping underprivileged children and awards them £30,000 for their charity.

Her charity Child’s I Foundation has worked tirelessly with the Ugandan Government to set up a baby and family centre for emergency care and now with the help of the award money from Clarins the charity is also setting up an adoption programme, which was previously unheard of in Uganda.
It is brilliant that the beauty industry can help such a special charity and person and that this award is continuing to make a difference to children around the world.
