Kamalaya launches new wellness programme Structural Revival

Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa will launch its new wellness programme Structural Revival on November 1.

The programme, available for five, seven or nine night durations, is designed to realign the body and improve posture in order to reduce tension, rehabilitate injuries and re-establish function and vitality levels.

It includes specifically targeted Revival Exercises with physiotherapists, as well as Pilates to strengthen the body and stabilise the joints. Holistic therapies such as Myofascial Release, assisted stretching and massages will help clients to release and lengthen their tight muscles, promote relaxation and increase freedom of movement.

As well as enhancing muscular posture, the programme will aim to correct structural alignment, promote healthy blood circulation, improve organ function, increase energy flow and positively impact clients emotional and psychological wellbeing.

It will also include therapeutic spa treatments and Kamalaya’s inspired healthy cuisine, which helps to manage inflammation with the goal of improving health on all levels.

“Over the years, we became aware that a growing number of our guests were experiencing pain, discomfort and other symptoms related to physical misalignment, so we created the Structural Revival Programme to help address this”, says Karina Stewart, Kamalaya co-founder

“It gives guests an opportunity to really focus on their structural issues for a sustained period of time, long enough to create a life-enhancing change. In line with Kamalaya’s philosophy for holistic wellness, we also ensure that guests are given the tools necessary to continue increasing their function, vitality and alignment after they return home."
