BCI, the UK and Irish distributor of LCN, has created the new training programme, called "Passport to Success", to allow techs to monitor their progress.
The programme will launch on September 1 in all 13 training locations in the UK.
On the first course, students will be issued with their own LCN Passport, which allows them to set goals, track their progress, identify the right courses for them and set deadlines.
The company also has a new Gel Polish Manicurist Course for 2012. Students are taught how to perform a classic manicure and to apply LCN's Recolution Gel Polish system, advise of aftercare and carry out the removal procedure.
LCN is also introducing evening classes in a bid to make its training accessible to all students.
BCI director of training Brenda Griffin said: "We acknowledge that people entering the business can't always get time off during the working week, so we are offering our most popular classes in the evenings. Students can learn Gel Polish Manicures, LCN Gel nail extensions or Ultima acrylics".
