• PB: Do you have any tips for salon owners looking to introduce a new line to their salon?
• LD: look for a brand that reflects the experience you are trying to create. try to look for links to existing brands you have. For expample you will find many similarities between brands like Espa, Elimis, Decleor and ourselves as we all have an holistic approach. at the same time try to make a point of difference to the brand and what the customer will feel when using it.
