Most Londoners would have a non-surgical treatment
More than half of Londoners would have a non-surgical cosmetic procedure to deal with lines and wrinkles, with the 30-35 age group most concerned with looking younger, according to a new report.
A survey of more than 500 Londoners found that almost three-quarters (73%) would like to look younger and 54% would consider a non-surgical cosmetic treatment to help them achieve that.
The survey, conducted on behalf of toxin-free anti-wrinkle treatment iovera, also found that 59% admitted to putting a “great deal of effort” into looking their best, while 54% of women said they would be unlikely to go out and meet friends without doing their hair and make-up.
Nine out of ten of those polled said they would also like to lead a healthier lifestyle and 62% said they check the label for artificial ingredients and preservatives in beauty products.
Dr Yannis Alexandrides, who uses iovera at his 111 Harley Street clinic, said, "Patients at my clinic seek treatments that will provide them a natural result, one that leaves them looking fresh and rejuvenated. iovera allows me to offer this result with the added benefit that no toxins are actually injected into the body."
