New Resense spa to open at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo this month
Global spa management company Resense has announced the opening of a new spa at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo later this month.
The 1,712sq m Resense Spa will combine traditional and contemporary approaches to spa and will feature eight treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite.
Other facilities at the spa will include indoor and outdoor pools, two relaxation lounges and separate thermal areas for men and women.
Both thermal areas will comprise steam rooms, saunas, experience showers, ice fountains and spa pools. There will also be a fitness centre and a female-only hammam.
The spa will have a health concierge, to help tailor treatments and packages to clients’ individual needs and will also offer a four-tier membership scheme with a range of benefits.
Treatments on the menu will include signature experience The Journey, featuring a massage inspired by Bedouin traditions and a four-tea polish, using rooibos, among other teas.
Resense spa director, Birgit Marie Solheim said: “Our new Resense Spa is designed to be more than just a spa, offering instead an overall wellbeing experience.
“From state of the art fitness and healthy juices to our holistic and healing approach, each tailor-made wellness journey is unique and personal to our guests.”
Resense currently manages more than 60 spas around the world.
