Park Hyatt New York introduces meditation sessions

Park Hyatt New York is partnering with mediation studio MNDFL to offer meditation sessions in its Spa Nalai.

Starting this month, Spa Nalai offers semi-guided private and group meditation sessions in its premises on the 25th floor of the Park Hyatt New York.

The 45-meditation sessions, available as of October 1, begin with an introduction by a MNDFL instructor, followed by guided practice and concluding with time for questions.

There is one session held in the morning and two in the afternoon. Each session includes complimentary, healthy cuisine. Spa director Amy Olthoff said: “At Spa Nalai, we recognise the importance of holistic wellness.

“Offering meditation sessions as part of our spa menu solidifies our commitment to our guests’ wellbeing, both mind and body.”

Spa Nalai features six treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, spa terrace, eucalyptus steam room and a hot tub, among other facilities. Signature treatments include the International Series, with treatments inspired by local traditions at Park Hyatt spas around the world.

Meditation studio MNDFL provides both guided and self-guided meditation classes. Offering a range of sessions designed to address particular concerns, there are classes centred on sleep, energy, movement and intention, among other options.
