Queila Doyle, chief executive and founder of mobile beauty services company My Beauty Squad, will explain how to create a treatment menu that specialises and caters to treating skin of colour. Doyle will also comment on how the beauty industry can diversify to become more inclusive, touching on her own experiences of dealing with discrimination in the salon workplace. There will be a 15-minute audience Q&A at the end.
