This session explores how psychological and physical trauma (e.g. coronavirus, cancer and stressful situations) are either held in the body or profoundly changes one's relationship with the body and ordinary life.

In this session we introduce you to one of the fastest-growing wellness segments – senior living. We explore how hospitality and wellness are transforming the ageing well space and discuss how good health ensures independence, security and productivity as one ages.
