Professional Beauty North has returned to Manchester Central and is bigger and better than ever, with exciting product and treatment launches from the biggest brands in the industry.
Open today (Sunday 18) and tomorrow (Monday 19), there’s a lot to see. Here are the top six things not to miss:
- Hot launches – more than 500 brands will be exhibiting at the show, so it’s a prime opportunity for you to spot the latest industry trends. From spa and skincare to make-up, nails and tanning, there is something for everyone, no matter your specialism.
- Skin is Alive programme – new to the show line-up this year is the Skin is Alive programme, with talks over both days from dermatologists, aesthetic nurses and skin specialists. Topics include menopausal skin, the effects of stress on skin, and innovations and ingredients to watch in the future.
- PB Careers Fair – the PB Careers Fair is your opportunity to meet some of the leading employers in the beauty industry and ask them your burning questions on everything from the career paths available to what these businesses want from their future workforce. The fair on both days of the show and is free to attend.
- Free live stages – make sure to sit on one of our two live stages for exciting treatment demos and talks from top industry experts. Waxing, nails, holistic treatments, make-up, tanning and more will be covered.
- Seminar sessions – PB North promises an abundance of learning and networking opportunities, which is why we have seven different seminar programmes on offer to visitors – Business Skills, Salon Skills, Skin is Alive, How to, Nail Skills, Nutrition and Embracing all Tones of Women. From discussions on the benefits of an inside-out approach to beauty to advice on how to run a successful business, there’s something for everyone.
- Salon North – this year we have a dedicated hairdressing show. From live demonstrations on The Fellowship for British Hairdressing live stage and NHF business workshops to a variety of new product launches – it’s not to be missed.
