Extending the anti-ageing emphasis from the core facial focus, Repêchage’s latest treatment concentrates on another key area of skin ageing concern; the hands. Recommended as a 30-minute treatment but with the option to shorten it for an express market or upsell it by offering it with a facial or a manicure, the Anti-Ageing Facial for the Hands combines results with relaxation. The Biolight Glyco-Sea Glycolic Peel, a mild 35% glycolic peel, is applied first and left on the hands for a few minutes. Designed to renew and revitalise the skin, the peel produces a slight tingling sensation, but its relative lightness means there is no discomfort.

A few drops of the Repêchage C-Serum Seaweed Filtrate is then massaged into the hands, with the mineral, trace elements and amino acids-rich seaweed extract serving to hydrate the skin and combat the fine lines that appear on the hands with age. The hand massage, adding a welcome element of relaxation to the treatment, continues with the application of a new Repêchage product, the Biolight Brightening Body Corrector, which addresses hyperpigmentation, discolouration and age spots.
