Used for health and beauty purposes for centuries, both for their healing abilities when it comes to relieving conditions such as rheumatism and arthritis and for their beneficial impact on the skin, the popularity of marine ingredients in the spa and wellness industry shows no sign of abating.

On the contrary, in addition to the brands specialising in marine skincare, a growing number of brands not specifically defined as marine skincare brands are introducing marine-based products into their collections or expanding on existing offerings in this area.
