Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin opens in China

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has opened a new hotel in China, the Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin. The 302-room hotel, which also offers 39 served apartments, is the hospitality group’s 85th property worldwide.
The wellness and leisure offering at the hotel include Chi, The Spa, the Shangi-La’s in-house spa brand, a health club, an indoor pool, a whirlpool, sauna and stream room facilities and two tennis courts.
Among the food and beverage options is Shang Palace, which serves Cantonese cuisine, and all-day dining restaurant Café Yun. The hotel’s meeting and events facilities include two ballrooms, a boardroom and eight function rooms.
