Starwood Hotels and Resorts returns opens The Westin Singapore

Starwood Hotels and Resorts has returned to Singapore after a 12-year absence, with the opening of The Westin Singapore.
The hotel, which occupies the 32nd to the 46th floor of the Asia Square Tower 2 building in Singapore’s Marina Bay, comprises 305 guest rooms and suites – including Executive Club rooms, Sea View suites, Harbour View suites and a Presidential suite.
Chuck Abbott, regional vice president, Southeast Asia, at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, said: “We are thrilled to return to Singapore, expanding our footprint in Asia’s business and financial epicentre.”
Wellness amenities at the hotel include an outdoor infinity pool, a Westin Workout fitness studio and a six-treatment-room Heavenly Spa by Westin. Spa facilities comprise a whirlpool and a steam room.
The Westin Singapore offers the New Balance Gear Lending Programme, through which guests can borrow workout attire to use during their stay. The property’s wellbeing focus is also evident in the Superfoods Rx menu, rich in antioxidants and other health-centric nutrients.
Dinning outlets at the hotel include signature restaurant Seasonal Tastes, serving international cuisine; gastro bar Cook & Brew, located on the 33rd floor; the Daily Treats deli and; the Lobby Lounge, with a men that includes afternoon tea.
The property offers 1,350sq m of meeting and events space, including a ballroom.
