The Eyelash Design Company's Christina Jenkins announces retirement
Christina Jenkins, co-founder and director of The Eyelash Design Company has announced her retirement from the beauty industry.
Jenkins launched The Eyelash Design Company with fellow co-founder and director Beverly Piper in 2006 with lash extension brand Lash Perfect.
The company has since grown to create and distribute Brow Perfect, Hi Brow, Lash FX and Brow FX, as well as provide training in its lash and brow treatments.
Jenkins’s role saw her play an instrumental role in brand development across product formulation, marketing and training.
Piper stays on as co-founder and director and will lead the company forward along with its management team, including general manager Phil Marsh.
Jenkins commented: “I would sincerely like to thank everyone who has supported The Eyelash Design Company since its launch in 2006. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in building The EDC to be the award-winning, international company that it is today – this could only have been done with the hard word and contributions from the entire EDC team and press publications that have helped us to become a success.
"A huge thank you is for Beverly, who made it all possible and is the best business partner and friend. I have loved working with you all. I will miss The EDC, but am looking forward to some well-earned time off!”
