Verbena Spa reopens after revamp
Verbena Spa at the Feversham Arms Hotel in Yorkshire in the UK has reopened following renovation work and the addition of a new product house. The refurbishment at the spa has seen the creation of a new reception area, new manicure/pedicure stations, new flooring and a refreshed spa boutique.
The revamp also included adding new sofas in the spa lounge, replacing the tables and chairs in the spa restaurant and putting up a wall between the lounge area and the restaurant to make the relaxation area more secluded.
Charles Merchie, general manager of the Feversham Arms Hotel and Verbena Spa, said: “The atmosphere is more relaxing than ever, really adding to the luxurious escape we offer here at Verbena Spa.”
The spa has also introduced a new product house, British skincare brand Temple, whose products and treatments are inspired by the Mediterranean and the region’s nature, diet and lifestyle.
Temple Spa treatments on the menu include the Rocks of the Mediterranean hot stone massage, incorporating the use of hot basalt lava stones and the detoxifying Glorious Mud wrap, designed to smooth and purify.
Merchie said: “We have been able to work in partnership with Temple Spa, which offers a range of luxurious products that have been welcomed by all spa guests.” The recent changes at the spa follows the addition of an outdoor hot tub earlier in 2015.
