"What are you wearing?" come the cries... well, not quite...but as a marketing team we do often get asked by friends, colleagues, visitors to the show about which products we've tried and what we would recommend. So, we thought we would summarise our favourite products which prepare us for a busy day at the office or our show day ahead...

Over the past 16 months @ProBeauty, I’ve sampled and developed a passion for a range of products from our exhibitors. I’ve essentially on some scale become a ‘brand convert’ from high street to salon and spa.
Starting from the top down….
My locks…Silk of Oil of Morocco has become a staple in my haircare routine. Giving my hair shine, strength and speeding up the drying process, essential in my fast-paced turnaround required during show time.
Skincare…on the verge of the milestone of a slightly daunting 30 years, looking after my complexion is becoming increasingly important to me. Morning and night I cleanse with ELEMIS Pro-Radiance Cream Cleanser to rid my skin of all make-up and unwanted impurities unavoidably collected when you live in a busy city such as London. To repair my skin (and hopefully slow the ageing process!) I’ve started using Anesi Beaute Stem C3 Emulsion. On top of the amazing smell, my skin also feels wonderfully firm. For those late nights and early mornings, Anesi Beaute Radiance Contour Serum refreshes and relieves my eyes of dark circles and puffiness. On rescue days when a simply cleanse just won’t do, the Heaven by Deborah Mitchell Silver Bee Venom Mask gives my skin that extra boost and brightness it needs.
The Warpaint…Dermalogica Skin Perfect primer preps my skin for Clarins Extra-Firming Foundatation SPF 15, a creamy, rich oil-free foundation with age-fighting ingredients, very easy to apply, leaving me with a smooth and radiant complexion. (#CONVERT!!) Benefit high brow glow doubles as my under eye and brow illuminator and hd brows Eyebrow Palette (002 foxy) helps keep my brows in check - the variety in colours mean I can ramp it up for a night out! The lashes thanks to CRT emotions have had a noticeable growth spurt, so much so that when I apply Dreamweave Lash Construct Mascara (#CONVERT) I’ve had a number of ladies ask me “Are you wearing false lashes?”
For chapped lip days I apply Docteur Renaud Iris Lift Lip Balm or for a spot of sparkle jane iredale lip gloss. I add a touch of blush to the cheekbones with mii Uplifting Cheek Colour. To finish, brighten and attempt to contour, I apply a sweep of hd brows illuminator.
The hands…on a day-to-day basis Decleor Aroma Comfort resides on my desk to nourish and sooth - rescuing not just my digits and palms, but also my marketing teams by regular request. ELEMIS revitalise-me hand lotion is my travel companion for whenever I need a deep conditioning and hydrating lightweight lotion on the go.
The Nails..Gels are now a mandatory and staple treatment for me, with a busy life, slightly clumsy nature and a not so steady hand, painting my nails with polish myself is simply not a sensible option! I’m currently sporting Gellish All Dahlia-ed Up, slowly migrating from my winter colours in preparation for Spring/Summer shades!!
And finally…the bod from top to toe. Topping up once or twice a week and gymming on a frequent basis, I need a tan that can withstand my schedule and frequency of application. Dark Diva by Urban Tan has become a huge favourite of mine. Gorgeous smelling, easy to apply with no streaks and with Caffeine to firm the skin, this brand has replaced my high street favourite. (#CONVERT!) No need for fake-tan PJ’s guys and gals - this tan can be applied, left to dry and then get dressed for the day ahead!

Yours Truly Organics Face Balm – It’s highly moisturising and a great base for makeup application... and it's organic!
HD Brows Fluid Foundation, (colour: sand) – Offers good coverage and lasts all day, perfect for my skin imperfections; the HD BROWS Foundation Brush helps achieve a flawless finish
Jane Iredale 24 Karat Gold Dust Shimmer Powder – I’ve been using it for years, just a little goes a long way. It gives me a golden glow and a radiant look. I apply it with the HD Brows Blusher Brush
Lash Perfect La La 24 Semi Permanent Eye Liner - I wasn't a fan of eye liners, until I found this; it's easy to apply and stays on all day without smudging
Lash Perfect Black Mascara - It makes my lashes look longer and fuller, and it stays all day without smudging
Clarins Rouge Eclat Lipstick – I like natural colours, this 'nude rose' colour nourishes my lips and gives them a luminous satin finish colour.
Nails:
Again, I love natural, light colours, and “Time for me time”, from the Essie Resort Collection is a light pink with a hint of pearl. I applied two coats for an even, pink finish
Gelish Nourish Cuticle Oil – Since I discovered the cuticle oil, particularly the Gelish one, I can not live without; it rehydrates and restores the cuticle and skin surrounding my nails.

SKINCARE -
Silver Bee Venom Mask – Heaven Skincare:
This will fast become your skins best friend - a moisturiser full to the brim with Bee Venom, the new non-surgical alternative to Botox – I am quite literally obsessed with the immediate lifting and firming affect that this product has. Every girls must have!
Radiance Cream – MATIS:
I use this product as a primer between moisturising and applying my foundation – it leaves your skin looking so radiant that I’m often asked if there’s glitter on my face!!
Bee Eyes – Heaven Skincare:
My absolute favourite eye-cream, it gets rid of those post show tired eyes in an instant… what could be better!
Cleansing Cream – Heaven Skincare:
I use this cleanser as an alternative to wipes when removing my make-up, it never fails to leave my skin silky smooth – the best bedtime treat!
Hydrogel – Heaven Skincare:
This toner is the perfect partner for my cleansing cream, it cleans, primes, hydrates & firms all at the same time, and I especially love its cooling effect…
Rose Exfoliator – ELEMIS:
A daily exfoliator which leaves your skin looking ultra radiant – exfoliators don’t often agree with me, but this I can use daily without having to worry about my shredding my skin to pieces.
Gold Spritz – Elim Spa Products:
An absolute must for a glam do or girls night out, this gold spritz leaves an amazing sparkly glow when sprayed on your body and has an amazing scent– also a must have for your beach bronzed legs!
Hand Cream – ESSIE:
I love a non-greasy hand cream, and this ESSIE SPA cream is the perfect desk companion! It also smells amazing.
MAKE-UP -
DreamWeave Mascara – Dreamweave:
This mascara has quite literally caused hysteria amongst the PB Team – we are all absolutely in love with this product and how they make your eyelashes effortlessly long – there’s no need to ever use fake lashes once you purchase this!
Foundation – HD Brows:
I very rarely wear foundation, but when I do, this HD Brows foundation has excellent coverage and is extremely long lasting, making it the perfect partner!
TAN –
5 Minute Moose – FakeBake:
No joke, this tan sets in to your skin in quite possibly less than 5 minutes and doesn’t rub off on to your clothes – an amazing last minute tan buster, if, like me your always rushing to get ready!
NAILS –
ESSIE –
When I’m not wearing Shellac I always opt for ESSIE, its trustworthy, long lasting and their colours are amazing. This Stones N’ Roses colour is a must have when the suns out!

Benefit Lip Gloss, Dandelion -
This is my go-to every day lip gloss. It is the perfect neutral pink with a slight shimmer, it has a slightly fruity scent and best of all it is non-sticky.
Benefit, Roller Lash -
As a lover of the original ‘They’re Real’ Benefit Mascara, I had to try the new Benefit Roller Lash Mascara.. and I have fallen in love yet again. This mascara, lengthens and thickens but DOES NOT give me those dreaded ‘spidery’ lashes. It is so good, I have been asked multiple times if I am wearing eyelash extensions.
Elemis, Pro-Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm -
This is a light daily moisturiser, radiance booster, or can be used as a make-up primer. Personally, I use it as a light moisturiser/primer on the days that my skin isn’t feeling too dehydrated. If my skin is very dry, I opt for my Pro-Collagen Marine Cream. This Illuminating Flash Balm leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturised and provides a great base for my foundation.
Elemis, Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm -
I am a sucker for a good cleansing balm. As I have very dry skin, I feel cleansing balms are much more moisturising and gentle on my dry patches. This leaves my skin feeling soft and removes all my make up.
Crazy Angel, Self Tanning Lotion Golden Kiss -
I use this when I want a sun kissed glow! Golden Kiss is the light/medium tan, it is moisturising and leaves me with a very natural tan which fades evenly!
Australian Bodycare, Tea Tree Oil -
This multi use product is a definite must for your skincare shelf! I use it for when those pesky spots or blemishes come up
OPI, Original Nail Envy Nail Strengthener -
Being a qualified nail technician, I clearly have an obsession with nails so I have tried ALOT of nail strengtheners. This one is my favourite so far! When I am using this, I can definitely tell that my nails are less brittle and peeling has subsided.
CND, Solar Oil -
As said previously, I suffer from dry skin and my hands get particularly dry, so to keep my cuticles and nails nice and healthy and moisturised I try and use this at least 3 times a day.
CND, Tropic Coral Nail Varnish -
I am a CND Shellac LOVER, but I am giving my nails a little break so this week I have used my OPI Nail Envy Strengthener as a base coat then added two layers of my Tropic Coral CND Nail Polish. This is one of my favourite colours, it is similar to the CND Shellac Tropix.
HD Brows, Eyebrow Palette -
I have hit pan! Now that is a sign of a well used, well liked product. This palette is brilliant and it lasts all day, no one wants to get to lunchtime with their eyebrows half way down their face! I also use these as eyeshadows, it is a brilliant all matte palette.
