Winners of the 2016 CEW Achiever Awards announced

The winners of the 2016 CEW Achiever Awards have been revealed.

Blow Ltd co-founders Fiona McIntosh and Dharmash Mistry scooped the Digital Achiever Award, which was sponsored by Google, while skincare specialist and facialist Sarah Chapman and beauty expert and QVC presenter Alison Young took home Achiever Awards.

Other Achiever Awards winners included Ruth Crilly, fashion model and writer of A Model Recommends, and Boots UK’s Annie Murphy.

Each “Achiever” was selected by the CEW board while the “Members’ Achiever” – won by BeautyMART co-founder Anna-Marie Solowij – was voted by more than 1,100 members.

Caroline Neville, President of CEW, said: “I truly believe the calibre of Achievers this year is outstanding and it’s a real privilege for us to recognise these men and women as they continue to innovate, imagine and move beauty forward.”

The event, now in its fifteenth year, was held in the ballroom of the Jumeriah Carlton Tower Hotel in London.

CEW is a not-for-profit organisation with more than 1,000 UK members from the beauty industry and related fields.
