WTS appoints Janice Nichols as senior vice president of spa operations

US-based Spa, fitness and lifestyle consultancy and management company WTS International has announced a new senior vice president of spa operations.

Janice Nichols has been promoted from corporate operations director for spa operations at the company, overseeing a large portfolio of accounts.

Previous positions include a role in sales, marketing and spa operations at Elizabeth Arden and vice president of the spa division for Sport & Health Clubs.

Nichols’s new role will see her overseeing spa operations at more than fifty sites, focused on guest experiences and improving financial performance.

“Janice’s expertise and the ability to build relationships is key to WTS International’s success,” said president and founder Gary Henkin.

“We’ve expanded our senior leadership team this year and Janice’s new role will further ensure that we have a world-class team in place.”
