Globally renowned skincare expert Teresa Tarmey has launched a new Cibtac-accredited education programme, designed to raise standards and inspire confidence in the next generation of facialists.

With more than 27 years of hands-on experience and over 50,000 hours treating skin, Teresa Tarmey is bringing her clinical, results-driven facial techniques to therapists through a new professional training course.

Aimed at both newly Level 3 qualified therapists and seasoned professionals seeking to elevate their skills, the Teresa Tarmey Education Programme combines in-depth theory with advanced practical training, including her signature use of needle extractions and ultrasound-based technology.

“There’s so much confusion in the industry right now,” says Tarmey. “Some of the most effective techniques are being overlooked. This programme is about going back to the fundamentals and mastering the skin.”

What the course includes

The Teresa Tarmey Education Programme blends online and in-person learning to deliver a comprehensive experience:

  • Online pre-learning: Students start with an online module covering Tarmey’s approach to skin health and results-based facials.
  • In-person training: Held at Tarmey’s flagship clinic in Notting Hill, the practical day includes theory, demonstrations and hands-on application in small groups (12 students maximum, with two educators including Tarmey herself).
  • Needle extraction training: A core focus of the course, helping students overcome one of the most overlooked and under-taught skills in the industry.
  • 1-2-1 assessment: Each participant receives individual evaluation to ensure they leave confident, capable and certified.

On completion, students will receive Cibtac certification, an internationally recognised skincare qualification.
