UK Spa Association unveils comprehensive 2025 industry survey to support spa leaders
The UK Spa Association (UKSA) has officially launched its State of the Industry Annual Survey 2025, expanding its previous efforts to provide valuable data for spa professionals across the country.
Following the success of last year’s Spa Industry Snapshot and Spa Salary surveys, the 2025 edition features a broader scope.
It includes detailed questions on salaries, benefits, commissions, training investment, guest demographics, spa facilities, and other key operational metrics.
An important resource for UK spa professionals
The survey, which is live now, will be open for three weeks and is designed to collect data that can inform decision-making across all areas of spa operations.
The results will be revealed at the UKSA Summer Networking Event on July 30, 2025, taking place at Center Parcs Woburn Forest.
Findings will also be made available to UKSA members and anyone who contributes to the survey.
Bobby Griffiths, general manager at UKSA, commented, “We received such incredible feedback from our survey last year. Traditionally it has been quite a challenge to get any meaningful UK spa industry data on this scale, but the response showed just how much this is needed and wanted.
"This year we’ve really extended the survey to take a more in-depth look into the areas that matter most to spa businesses right now – staffing, salaries and benefits since the recent National Insurance changes, and the knock-on effects to training and investment. The results are going to be remarkably interesting this year.”
Part of UKSA’s commitment to industry support
The initiative forms part of the UKSA’s ongoing mission to support the UK spa industry during challenging economic times.
By providing spa owners and managers with timely, relevant data, the association hopes to help businesses make informed decisions that enhance operations, retain talent and drive long-term success.
