On June 10, Professional Beauty hosted its first Glasgow online nail competition alongside The Federation of Nail Professionals (FNP).
The competition allowed Professional Beauty to recognise the talent and creativity of nail techs in Scotland and was open to both students and professionals.
Judges were Marian Newman BEM, Kirsty Meakin, Hazel Dixon, Scarlett Senter, Alex Fox, Dorota Palicka and Kamila Borowiec. Sean O’Sullivan and Jacqui O’Sullivan directed the competition with Jacqui as head judge.
"We had the pleasure of seeing fabulous nail artists working to raise their skills and profile, all competing to be the best they can be. We really appreciate our competitors taking the time and energy to support our comps, they are all amazing. A big thankyou to our judges for supporting us once again," said Sean and Jacqui O’Sullivan.
"We couldn’t do what we do without our judges, they give advice, time and guidance to all our competitors. Lastly, I would like to thank Marian Newman and The FNP for fully supporting us alongside Molly Clifford and Mark Maloney from Professional Beauty & Hair. Next stop is Pro Beauty North, Manchester in September, the theme is Carnival. We will be holding online and live competitions, so why not get in touch and come along and compete. We would love to see you."
