Dermalogica is launching a new Pro Skin Clinics concept in selected John Lewis stores, with advanced skin treatments, consultation-led programmes and long-term skin health planning

Skincare brand Dermalogica has announced the launch of Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinics, a new treatment concept set to open across selected John Lewis locations in the UK.

The clinics will be built around professional skin expertise, advanced treatments, personalised treatment programmes and long-term skin health planning.

The first Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinics will begin opening from August across John Lewis stores in Kingston, Milton Keynes, Cheadle, Southampton and Cambridge. A further clinic is scheduled to open in Leeds in 2027.

What treatments will Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinics offer?

Each Pro Skin Clinic will offer Dermalogica’s full professional treatment menu, with a focus on advanced services and measurable skin health outcomes.

The treatment offer will include:

  • Skin Longevity Consultation, an exclusive consultation and standalone treatment experience
  • A full menu of professional and advanced skin treatments
  • Expanded Pro Microneedling services, including treatments for acne scarring, hands and body
  • LED light therapy integrated throughout the treatment menu, available as a standalone treatment or add-on
  • Personalised treatment programmes tailored to individual skin health goals

Skin Longevity Consultation to lead the clinic concept

Central to the new clinic model is Dermalogica’s Skin Longevity Consultation, a consultation-led service designed to guide clients through a longer-term skin health journey.

The service combines advanced skin analysis, personalised treatment planning and ongoing progress reviews, with the aim of creating a programme that evolves with the client’s skin over time.

Cirsten Hannken, Dermalogica UK general manager, said, “Pro Skin Clinics represent the next evolution of Dermalogica’s professional treatment offering. John Lewis is the perfect home for this concept – a retail environment built on trust, quality, and a genuinely personalised service ethos that aligns closely with our own.

“With our Skin Longevity Consultation and advanced microneedling protocols, we’re building a more connected approach to skin health. One that brings together expert consultation, advanced treatments, and progressive planning to deliver real, lasting results.”

John Lewis expands beauty services with Dermalogica clinic partnership

The launch marks a deepening of Dermalogica’s existing partnership with John Lewis, bringing dedicated clinic environments into the retailer’s beauty spaces.

Helen Spencer, John Lewis beauty director, said, “At John Lewis, we are dedicated to offering our beauty customers the best services and experiences, so we're thrilled to be partnering with Dermalogica on the launch of their new Pro Skin Clinic's.

“We know our loyal customers shop with us because they expect high-quality expertise and that's exactly what these clinics will offer them. We're committed to investing in our beauty retail spaces and feel proud that Dermalogica chose us to bring this new concept to life.”

When will Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinics open?

The first Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinics are due to begin opening in John Lewis locations from August.

The confirmed locations are:

  • John Lewis Kingston
  • John Lewis Milton Keynes
  • John Lewis Cheadle
  • John Lewis Southampton
  • John Lewis Cambridge
  • John Lewis Leeds, opening in 2027

What this means for the professional skin sector

The launch reflects the continued growth of advanced skin services within retail beauty environments, as brands and retailers look to combine product retail, professional consultation and in-person treatment experiences.

For Dermalogica, the Pro Skin Clinics concept places consultation, treatment planning and ongoing skin health reviews at the centre of the client journey, alongside services such as microneedling and LED light therapy.
