2018 World Spa & Wellness Awards deadline extended
The entry deadline for the 2018 World Spa & Wellness Awards has been extended.
Entries will now close on Monday, July 10, a one-month extension on the original entry deadline of Thursday, June 8.
The extension is due to demand from the high number of spas wishing to complete their entries, but in need of extra time to do so, as a result of the summer holidays.
Spas and wellness resorts around the world can enter the 2018 World Spa & Wellness Awards, which are divided in to 11 different categories.
The categories for the 2018 World Spa & Wellness Awards are:
- Hotel Spa of the Year: Asia & Australasia
- Hotel Spa of the Year: Middle East & Africa
- Hotel Spa of the Year: Western Europe & Scandinavia
- Hotel Spa of the Year: Eastern Europe
- Hotel Spa of the Year: North & South America
- Resort Spa of the Year: Asia & Australasia
- Resort Spa of the Year: Middle East & Africa
- Resort Spa of the Year: Western Europe & Scandinavia
- Resort Spa of the Year: Eastern Europe
- Resort Spa of the Year: North & South America
- Worldwide Health & Wellness Destination of the Year

Previous World Spa & Wellness Awards winners include Verdura Spa at Verdura Resort in Italy, Aman Spa at Amanemu in Japan, Espa at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi in the UAE and Richmond Nua Wellness-Spa in Turkey, to name just a few.
The winners of the 2018 World Spa & Wellness Awards will be announced in a glamorous evening ceremony at the Tobacco Dock events venue on Sunday, February 25.
The winners of the 2018 Professional Beauty Awards, open to spas, salons and industry professionals in the UK, will also be revealed at the awards ceremony.
