Babtac partners with Checkaprofessional.com

Babtac has announced its partnership with quality checking website Checkaprofessional.com.

The partnership with Checkaprofessional.com, sister company of established website Checkatrade.com, will give prospective clients a “more informed and safe choice” when choosing a service from a beauty professional, said Babtac on its website.

Babtac is providing the site expertise and advice on therapists’ qualification and training, and is assuming responsibility for these checks. Babtac members will also be listed on the website as qualified and verified therapists and will have the chance to upgrade to a full listing at a discounted price.

Babtac says that the service will not take the form of a register but will work to raise awareness of reputable professionals.

“Combining checks which look at both the training of the therapist and the quality of their work can only serve to provide an impartial database which the public can use and which will help educate them on the importance of choosing someone qualified,” said Kelly Ramsay, marketing manager for Babtac.
