Charlie Thompson outlines his plans for QHotels
UK Spa Association chair Charlie Thompson has outlined his plans for QHotels following his appointment as group spa support.
His plans include making the 21-strong four-star hotel chain a leader in the four-star spa market by creating consistent high levels of customer satisfaction and product offering to enhance the customer experience.
Over the past eight months Thompson has been QHotels interim group spa manager for three days a week and in this time customer satisfaction has reached 90.9%.
He will continue his focus on product development, steering the group’s creation of treatment packages such as the QHotels Signature Experience with Espa spa break.
Thompson brings a wealth of experience spanning 15 years in the industry covering both supplier and provider areas of the market.
