Expanded Essere Spa opens at Tuscany’s Castello di Casole

The renovated and expanded Essere Spa has opened at Castello di Casole, a restored castle turned boutique hotel, located in Italy’s Tuscany region.The 502sq m spa, situated in the basement of the 10th century building, features seven treatment rooms, as well as outdoor terraces, steam showers and a plunge pool.
Signature treatments on the new and extended spa menu include the Essere Ritual, incorporating a grape seed oil treatment, a massage using orange, cinnamon and Castello di Casole olive oil and a facial, the Essere Rilassato; a honey-infused moisturising massage with crystallised honey and Castello di Casole olive oil and Essere Bella; a facial focusing on the sensitive areas around the eyes, lips and neckline and created to leave skin youthful-looking.
Kenyon Price, general ganager of Hotel Castello di Casole, said: “We are pleased to formally introduce the next evolution of Essere Spa to our guests.” Essere Spa offers yoga, Pilates and other exercise classes, with a fitness centre also located on the premises. Personalised fitness classes and spa packages, including the three-night Relax and Rejuvenation package – which includes private daily yoga or Pilates sessions, an Essere Classic Relaxation Massage and an Essere Tuscan Aromatherapy Massage – are available to guests.
