Four Seasons Hotel Moscow to open in mid-2014

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow in mid-2014. The hotel, located near city landmarks such as Kremlin, Red Square and St. Basil's Cathedral, will comprise 180 rooms, including 36 suites.
Located in a 15-storey building that formerly housed the well-known Hotel Moskva, created by architect Alexey Shchusev in 1935, the hotel exterior and interior incorporate elements of the original neoclassical design.
Hotel amenities will include a 3,000sq m spa, located on the fifth floor and incorporating 14 treatment rooms, including two couples’ suites. Beauty and wellness facilities at the hotel will also include a fitness centre, a nail bar, a hair salon and a lap pool.
Dining venues will range from Italian restaurant Venia and all-day dining outlet Bystro, to the Silk Lounge lobby café, the Bar Blink champagne bar and the poolside café. The property will also provide 1,405sq m of meeting and events space, with two ballrooms and five function rooms.
