Guerlain Spa to open at Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam

Waldorf Astoria has announced the opening of a Guerlain Spa at its Amsterdam property in the spring of 2014. The first Guerlain spa in the Netherlands, the luxury boutique spa will feature three treatment rooms and will also have a sauna, a steam room, a garden-view relaxation area and a heated indoor pool. 

Louise Moore, director of spa operations and development at Hilton Worlwide, said: “Guerlain’s heritage teams perfectly with Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam’s long and interesting past and both brands are synonymous with luxury and personalised experience.” 

On the treatment menu at the spa, which will be the fifth Guerlain Spa at a Waldorf Astoria hotel, will be a series of indulgent treatment that will include a Guerlain signature face and body treatment and the trademark Guerlain facial. Full and half day spa experiences will also be available at the spa, which will be designed in a subtle and neutral colour scheme.
