ISPA announces conference speaker line-up
The International Spa Association (ISPA) has announced the names that will headline the educational programme at the 24th annual ISPA Conference & Expo, to be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on October 13-15.
With this year’s conference theme being “create,” ISPA has drawn on names from outside the industry, with artists and musicians heading up the programme.
Graffiti artist, author and entrepreneur Erik Wahl, singer-songwriter Jewel and Mike Walsh, who predicts future trends and advises businesses on how to adapt to them, will all be speaking.
ISPA president Lynne McNees said: "With the Create theme, our keynote speakers will be looking at ways to explore creativity in the spa industry in order to improve the overall guest experience and maximise profitability."
