3 - What industry changes would you like to see in 2015?

More collaboration with other specialties (scientists, doctors, dieticians, governments etc.), researches worldwide on spas performance open to all and focus on guest satisfaction 

4 - Why industry event such as PSW Convention are so important?

Bring the experts of the industry together, learning new things, presentation of different segments and categories of the spa industry, launch of new products & equipment and shows to the world the importance of our existence and the impact our industry has to the daily lives of every human being

5 - What would you like the audience to take away from your session?

Not the numbers but the way that he/she can utilize to improve her/his spa.
