UK Spa Association hosts seminars at Professional Beauty North

A two-day spa programme will be held at this year’s Professional Beauty North, taking place in Manchester on October 13-14.
The programme, hosted by the newly formed UK Spa Association, will tackle some of the most important issues facing the spa industry today. Sessions on the agenda range from Leadership: Translating Vision into Reality, Design and Architecture: A Theatre of Imagination and Finance: Making the most out of your business, to The Art of Customer Service, Online Beauty: Feel the Fear but do it Anyway and Spa Programming: Adapt or Perish.
Speakers span the width and breath of the UK spa, wellness and leisure industries, with Dave Courteen, managing director of Imagine Spa Management and Fitness Express, Kerry Cash, director of 5th Avenue Hair & Beauty Spa, Liz Holmes, spa director at spa and golf hotel Rockliffe Hall, David Hopkins, a partner in Pro Leisure, Charles Leon, director of interior and architecture firm Charles Leon Associates and Gerard McCarthy, sales director at Dalesauna, being just a few of the speakers.
