Beauty, Hair & Spa Awards: your time to shine
The PB/HJ Beauty, Hair & Spa Awards 2022 are open for entries and choosing a category is critically important.
With 16 categories in total – eight for beauty and eight for hair, split to recognise business and creative skills – all entries will be judged independently by industry experts who are selected for their knowledge and expertise.
The categories are:
- Irish Hairdresser of the Year sponsored by ghd
- Colour Technician of the Year sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional
- Artistic Team of the Year sponsored by Great Lengths
- Assistant/Junior of the Year
- Business Director of the Year
- Hair Salon of the Year
- Hair Salon Team of the Year
- Digital Salon of the Year (includes both hair and beauty) sponsored by Treatwell
- Aesthetic Clinic of the Year sponsored by Aesthetic Training Academy Ireland (ATAI)
- Therapist of the Year sponsored by iTEC/VTCT
- Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year
- Beauty Salon of the Year
- Beauty Salon or Spa Team of the Year
- Make-up Artist of the Year
- Nail Salon of the Year
- Spa of the Year sponsored by Murad
With categories covering all skills and levels of experience, you can enter multiple categories to ensure you, your team and your business receive the recognition they deserve. Read the category criteria and start your entry now – and you can save and return until you are completely happy to submit. But don't forget the deadline date is Friday, 29 July.
Things you need to note are, for example, a minimum of three constitutes a team for any of the team categories, and if you are shortlisted for Artistic Team of the Year, Colour Technician of the Year or Irish Hairdresser of the Year, you will be required to send in hard copies of your images. If you are shortlisted in the Business Director of the Year, Junior/Assistant of the Year or Therapist of the Year categories, you will be required to attend a a virtual interview on either Wednesday, 21 September or Thursday, 22 September 2022.
