Paris tops the list of best cities for wellbeing, coming in first for its pollution and healthcare index.
The French capital also has the most spas and wellness centres – with 1,000 recorded to grace the city’s streets (think Maison Souquet Spa, Dior Spa and La Boutique Aime, to name just a few).
Paris is also home to some of the biggest beauty brands, so Parisians are primed to take the spa home with them.
Which city has the most parks?
Runner-up London performed well due to its abundance of green spaces, with 187 parks – including iconic Hyde Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.
London offers residents the best of both worlds, fusing rural landscapes with the buzz of an urban lifestyle.
Which city is the happiest?
Helsinki had the highest happiness ranking, with Finland’s capital maintaining this title for the fifth year running.
With free healthcare, education and the ideal work-life balance, Copenhagen ranks in fourth place and has been named as one of the best cities in the world for happiness and wellbeing.
Scoring high in both quality of life and happiness, Copenhagen’s nutrition, water and sanitation rankings all come in at an impressive 99% or above.
Which city has the best quality of life?
Holding on to its title as the world’s most liveable city for the eighth time, it comes as no surprise that Vienna comes in within the top five best places for your wellbeing.
Scoring high for the quality-of-life index, Austria’s capital thrives on its health, education and housing systems, and its cost of living is far lower than in comparable European cities.
A spokesperson from Cult Beauty said, “These cities, like Paris, London, Helsinki, Copenhagen, and Vienna, are not only picturesque destinations but havens for self-care and rejuvenation.
“From serene parks to luxurious spas, they offer an exceptional quality of life. We're proud to shine a spotlight on these urban sanctuaries that inspire a healthier and happier way of living.”
