The new company will be know as RLA USA and will have its head office in Sonoma, California, a statement said.
Curry Consulting was established by Lynne Curry in 2011 and specialised in design, concept creation and pre-opening assistance for high-end hotel and report spas.

Resources for Leisure Assets, which had offices in Dubai and Vienna, was a global consultancy with a focus on hotels, resorts, health tourism developments, mixsed-used communities and “active living communities”.
A company statement commented that the work of RLA, which is currently active on four continents, will be broadened by the spa expertise offered by Curry Consulting.
Lynne Curry is co-owner and president of RLA USA, while Roger Allen is group chief executive. Curry said: “This merger will allow us to expand our services to existing and future clients who have wellbeing assets in hospitality developments.
Not only will we be able to provide our clients with additional investment and operational consulting, but we are also increasing our team to include the world’s leading professionals in wellbeing hospitality consulting.”
