Free Myofascial Release seminar planned for October

The International Dermal Institute will host guest speakers Rachael Fairweather and Meghan Mari of Jing Advanced Massage Institute in a free seminar on the evening of October 15 at the IDI in Leatherhead (pictured).
Jing was one of the first schools to bring Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to the UK.
Fairweather and Mari will discuss the treatment of common pain conditions, emotional trauma and systemic conditions that do not respond to traditional massage approaches.
They will explain MFR techniques including cross hand stretches, dural tube release, transverse fascial plane releases, arm and leg pulls, psoas releases and scar tissue work.
They will demonstrate and discuss how therapists can integrate MFR techniques into existing clinical remedial work to get quicker results.
