Shelley Hepburn joins Gaia as spa director
Boringdon Hall’s Gaia Spa has welcomed Shelley Hepburn as its new spa director.
Hepburn joins the Plymouth spa, which opened last year, after her most recent role as spa at fitness director for the pre-opening of The Ned at London’s Soho House.
Other previous roles include spa director at the Bulgari Hotel and spa manager at Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa.
Hepburn commented: “It's been an amazing opportunity to be appointed group spa director for Gaia… I'm looking forward to being a part of something special at Gaia and embracing the spirit of all the south west has to offer the spa industry with the growth of this exciting brand.”
Diane Nettleton, Gaia’s spa director, said: “I am excited to welcome Shelley to Gaia, particularly as I have known her over the years and seen her amazing achievements. She brings a wealth of experience and a warmth and energy to nurture Gaia, to build on what we have already created, to continue our vision as a wellness destination and continue growing the Gaia brand.”
The spa’s facilities include 12 treatment rooms, infinity and hydrotherapy pools with outdoor swim-through, heat and shower experiences, and a deep relaxation room and outdoor areas for yoga and meditation.
