Global Wellness Summit 2019 co-chairs announced

Catherine Feliciano-Chon, founder of branding and marketing agency CatchOn & Co, and Yoriko Soma, president of Asian spa and wellness investment business ConceptAsia, will chair the 2019 Global Wellness Summit (GWS).
Both co-chairs are based in Asia – CatchOn & Co has offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai while Soma is based in Tokyo – and this year’s summit will be held in Hong Kong to reflect Asia’s position as the fastest-growing wellness tourism market in the world, according to the 2018 Global Wellness Economy Monitor.
Asia is also home to the largest number of number of thermal springs, with a fast-growing wellness real estate market.
Feliciano-Chon and Yoriko Soma will help curate the 13th annual summit, taking place from October 15-17 at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
“Hong Kong is a vibrant, exciting, business-centric destination, offering a gateway to the Asian marketplace, and we are thrilled to be bringing the Summit here,” said Nancy Davis, chief creative officer and executive director of the GWS.
