Just one week before World Spa & Wellness Awards entries close
Entries for the 2017 World Spa & Wellness Awards close in less than a week, at 10am on Tuesday July 19.
The awards, among the most prestigious in the sector, are divided into 11 categories and are open to spas and wellness businesses around the world.
Spas can enter the Hotel Spa of the Year or Resort Spa of the Year category across the following regions: Western Europe & Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East & North Africa, North & South America and Asia & Australasia.
The 11th category, Worldwide Health & Wellness Destination, was introduced for the 2016 awards and is open to wellness resorts anywhere in the world. Entering the awards is free, with applications completed online. Once entries have closed, the thorough judging process will begin.
The judging panel of experienced spa and wellness industry figures from around the world will whittle the entries down to arrive at a shortlist. Each shortlisted spa will then be visited by two judges, one official visitor and one mystery judge, as part of the awards process.
The winners of the 2017 World Spa & Wellness Awards will be announced at a black-tie gala event in London on Sunday February 26 – on day one of the Professional Beauty trade show.

Entries for the 2017 Professional Beauty Awards also close at 10am on Tuesday July 1, with the winners unveiled at the joint World Spa & Wellness and Professional Beauty awards ceremony.
