Low, co-founder of London yoga studio Triyoga will host a retreat that comprises yin and vinyasa yoga and aims to help particpants achieve calm, presence and inner strength.

The retreat will look at how to respond to life’s challenges more practically and effectively and will include one-on-one mentoring, guided coaching and meditation sessions.

The nine-night Awakening Your Essential Self retreat takes places in August and September/October next year and is led by Kamalaya co-founder Katrina Stewart.

Stewart, a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, while guide participants through a retreat aiming to help them recognise and break unhealthy life habits; “reconnecting to their inner source of health and happiness and starting anew”.
