National Spa Week gets underway with nearly 500 salons and spas taking part
National Spa Week 2017 has kicked off, and salons are able to take part for the first time.
The UK Spa Association, which organises the initiative, decided to extend the opportunity to salons so consumers have more choice of local venues to take advantage of introductory offers and special promotions throughout the week.
This week, until November 5, consumers can treat themselves at 480 beauty businesses up and down the country, including leisure clubs, hotel spas, day spas and high street salons.
180 salons are getting in on the action, such as The Edge Health and Beauty Centre in Wotton-under-Edge, which is offering a 50-minute face and back treatment for £35; Yutopia Spa in Telford, with a special offer of a back, neck and shoulder and Indian head massage for £31; Sacco Beauty in Bath, giving away a bottle of Dadi’Oil with every gel manicure with an IBX treatment; and a free foot cream with a Footlogix pedicure; and House of Elemis in London, which is offering £30 off any one-hour Biotec facial, plus a free skincare gift worth £25.
Spas taking part include the Macdonald Hotel group, which is offering a reduced rate on a spa day and The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village, which has an exclusive offer on an overnight break.
