New beauty, wellness and lifestyle concept space opening in London

A new wellness concept that blends beauty, aesthetics and holistic treatments with food and retail spaces is opening in London.

Linnaean will open in September in Embassy Gardens, a new riverside neighbourhood in Battersea, South West London, billed as “a unique environment for curious bodies and open minds to consciously nourish, adapt and grow".

There will be four treatment rooms offering aesthetic treatments from cosmeceutical brands including Zelens and Skinceuticals, plus traditional beauty services and manicure and pedicure stations.

A retail area will sell an edit of niche beauty and wellness brands sourced from around the globe.

There will also be a hair salon staffed by a team of stylists and colourists with experience working on editorial shoots and European fashion weeks.

An all-day restaurant will have 32 covers and serve gut-friendly pre- and pro-biotic dishes alongside adaptogenic superfoods and vegan options.

Customers will also be able to enjoy coffee, wine and cake in the café.

Linnaean founder Elena Tayleur said: “We set up Linnaean to help navigate modern living and promote health and happiness. Contemporary life is filled with negative as well as positive disruption. We go through constant changes that can herald both opportunity and overload. We help our guests to keep up, while keeping balanced.”
